Heating Device

What Is a Heat-Not-Burn Heating Device?

A heat-not-burn (HNB) heating device is an electronic device designed to heat compatible heated sticks using a dedicated heating system.

The heating device and heated sticks are separate parts of the system. The device provides the heating function, while the compatible stick is inserted into the device for use.

Heating Devices vs Heated Sticks

A heating device is the electronic hardware used to heat compatible sticks.

Heated sticks are the consumable products used with compatible heating devices.

Because device systems and stick formats vary, compatibility should be checked before combining a heating device with a particular heated stick.

NEAFS TEO Heating Device

The NEAFS TEO is part of the NEAFS heat-not-burn device range.

It uses a rechargeable device design with USB-C charging and is designed for use with compatible NEAFS heated sticks.

View the NEAFS TEO product page for current device specifications and compatibility information.

NEAFS TEO-X Heating Device

The NEAFS TEO-X is a separate model in the NEAFS heating-device range and uses a bladeless heating design.

It is designed for compatible NEAFS-X heated sticks, including available nicotine and nicotine-free variants.

View the TEO-X product page for current specifications and compatibility information.

TEO vs TEO-X

TEO and TEO-X are separate NEAFS heat-not-burn heating-device models.

The devices use different heating designs and should be treated as separate product entities. Check the individual device pages for current specifications and compatible heated-stick information before choosing a device.

Choosing Compatible Heated Sticks

Heat-not-burn heating devices should not be assumed to work with every heated-stick format.

Before choosing sticks for a TEO, TEO-X, or another HNB device, check the product information for the specific device and heated-stick combination.
